The form of the building has been derived from triangular base pyramid structure. The form resembles the south Indian temples in the state of Tamil Nadu also known as the "land of temples" in which the superstructure or tower consists of an arrangement of gradually receding stories in a pyramidal shape. The three-sided, pyramid shaped building serves as a prime example of bioclimatic architecture. The building's sloping north and south facade scoops up cool, fresh winds from the sea while the straight wall to the west serves to deflect the heat and glare. Office windows designed to be open enable the building to breathe, and warmer air rises and exits at the top. The shape of the building was derived and defined according to wind analysis to get the maximum natural ventilation for indoor and outdoor spaces.
